Sunday, November 8, After Each Morning Mass
Location: Saint Patrick Catholic Church Social Hall, 4 Valley View Drive, Council Bluffs, IA 51503
Join us for the St. Patrick Ministry Fair on November 8 after each of the morning Masses in the Social Hall. Meet leaders from 30+ ministries, pick up info, ask questions, and discover where you can serve and grow at St. Patrick. All attendees receive a ticket for a chance to win a pie gift certificate from the Pie Committee or $50 cash (must be present to win). Plus, enjoy handmade fall crafts by the Coffee & Crafts group, children's activities, and a treat from Holy Grounds Café.

Ministry Leaders
Please complete the Table Registration form by October 25 to reserve your ministry's space.
Each ministry will receive:
- One round table and chair
- A small sign with your ministry's name
- A sign-up sheet for parishioners interested in getting involved
Make Your Ministry Stand Out
Help visitors see what makes your ministry special! Decorate your table with photos, displays, informational handouts, or small giveaways that spark conversation. A larger sign with your ministry’s name will also help visitors find you.
Your table will be set up in advance and marked with a small ministry sign. You may decorate during either of these times:
- Saturday, November 7: 6–7 PM
- Sunday, November 8: 7–8 AM
Staff Your Table
Please arrange for at least one volunteer to welcome visitors at your table during each of these times on Sunday, November 8:
- 8–9 AM, 10–11 AM, Noon–1 PM
